How to Return an Order
We offer free returns via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. To return your handcrafted wood item, simply follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return. Kindly note that used items and custom-made products cannot be returned.
2. Send It Back: Drop off your package at your nearest USPS, UPS, or FedEx location. Be sure to obtain a tracking receipt for your records. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 30 days, though we typically process it much faster.
Return Terms and Conditions
Condition of Items: To be eligible for return, items must be in their original, unused condition. Since our products are handcrafted, any signs of damage or wear may affect the return eligibility.
Non-Returnable Items: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, items that have been removed from their original packaging, stained, or damaged cannot be returned.
Refusal of Returns: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, such as items showing signs of use or damage caused after receiving the product.
Faulty Items: This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Faulty or damaged items are exempt from these terms and can be returned or exchanged even if used.
